Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

The DOCS measures the severity of OCD symptoms in 4 categories: (1) Contamination, (2) Fears of causing harm, (3) Unacceptable or "taboo" thoughts, and (4) Symmetry, order, and completeness.
