Professional and Client versions of resources are now Fillable PDFs!
What’s new?
We’ve upgraded our exercises and worksheets with fillable, interactive elements. These are now available to all members, making it easier than ever to work online, especially during remote sessions.
Both the Professional and Client versions of these resources are now available as fillable PDFs by default, and they’re available to all members (Basic, Advanced, or Complete). This means that if you have a Basic plan, you’ll be gaining access to our fillable resources for the first time. They’re great for remote sessions, and with clients who like to work online or don’t have a printer.
What’s changed?
Professional and Client versions of most worksheets and exercises now include fillable and interactive elements. This means you no longer need to send separate fillable PDFs – just send the Client version, and clients can fill it out online.
These new fillable formats also include some improvements:
- Better layout and alignment of fillable fields.
- A consistent default typeface.
- Long strings of text will now shrink to fit inside a fillable box if necessary. This prevents the text box from ‘overflowing’ or being unable to accept additional text once it’s full.
Please note: different PDF readers offer varying levels of functionality. For the best experience, use Adobe Acrobat Pro or Google Chrome on a desktop computer or laptop. Mobile devices and other software may not fully support all features.
How do I use them?
- Download the Professional or Client version of the resource.
- Click on any fillable box and start typing. Some elements (like checkboxes) will only require you to click on them.
- Save or print the resource – your input will be saved or printed with the document.
What if I don’t want to use the interactive feature?
No problem! You can still use our resources as you did before. Simply download and print the document without interacting with the fillable elements – it will look exactly the same as it always has.

How do I email resources to my clients directly from the website?

The interactive boxes don’t show up / include all the features when I open the document.
Not all PDF readers have the same features. Try using a different PDF reader, or open the file within a browser. An easy way to do this is to drag the file from your saved folder into your browser window.
We recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader (for Windows PCs), Google Chrome, or Adobe Acrobat Pro for optimal use of our features on a laptop or desktop computer. Other devices and programmes may vary in their performance.

Clear all interactive data that has been saved within your file and try again. If the issue persists, you may need to download the file again.
What if my client only has a mobile device?
For mobile users, fillable features may vary depending on the app or browser used. We recommend testing on your device to ensure compatibility, or using a desktop computer for full functionality.
Why are there no interactive elements on this resource?
Some designs can’t be made fillable due to software limitations. Most PDF readers include drawing tools, which may be used to complete these parts.
