Self-esteem

Low self-esteem has never been included in the psychitric diagnostic manuals, but can underpin poor mental health across a variety of conditions. The traditional CBT approach has been based on Melanie Fennell's CBT formulation of low self-esteem. Newer approaches such as competitive memory training (COMET) show promise (and are fun!).
